Shipping policy
Processing Time
You orders are processed within 14 business days excluding Friday, Saturday, and public holidays. Once the package has been handed to the delivery carrier you will be notified.
Cancellations
After the order is submitted, processing begins and the orders cannot be canceled. If you have any questions about canceling an order please contact us.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 21 days (terms and conditions apply). Please check our return policy for more information.
Delayed Orders
In the case of processing delays, customer will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Delays may be caused by late arrivals of fabrics on our side and we will notify you if that's the case. Shipping delays do not fall under our liability. If you have any issues with delays please contact us immediately so we can help sort it out.
Damaged Orders
If package arrives damaged here are the steps to take.
1. Take picture of damages on packaging.
2. Open package and check for damages. (Some video footage of damage and opening would be helpful for us to bring up with the delivery carrier.)
